With a global career spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Fariyal has held senior executive roles including CEO and CFO in clean energy and industrial technology companies. She brings deep expertise in sustainable infrastructure and strategic finance, helping advance GreenGas’ mission to decarbonize U.S. organics and deliver measurable climate impact.

Nicole Ringle is the Chief People Officer at GreenGas, where she leads HR strategy and talent management. Nicole plays a key role in shaping GreenGas’ organizational culture to align with its mission of transitioning to a zero-carbon future. She focuses on building diverse, high-performing teams and supporting leadership development, employee engagement, and well-being.
Prior to GreenGas, Nicole held executive-level HR roles at Lifestyle Communities, IGS Energy, and Victoria’s Secret, where she led talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Nicole’s leadership has been essential in supporting GreenGas’ expansion and fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
Senior Vice President, Growth
Joshua Martincic serves as the Senior Vice President of Co-Digestion at GreenGas, where he leads expansion efforts for the company’s renewable energy initiatives. His role focuses on developing commercial opportunities across North America to enhance GreenGas’s impact in the transition to a zero-carbon future.
Before GreenGas, Joshua was Head of North American Development at EDL, creating opportunities for renewable energy projects across the continent. With over 35 years in the energy sector, Joshua holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Scott Wilson leads In Situ Operations at GreenGasUSA, overseeing the company’s established renewable gas sites and driving operational excellence, environmental performance, and reliability. With a background in chemical engineering and certification as a Class A biological wastewater operator, Scott brings deep technical expertise to the company’s mission of delivering scalable, low-carbon energy solutions.
Before joining GreenGas, Scott held senior leadership roles at Eastman Chemical and Volvo, where he managed complex utility systems and plant operations. His experience in large-scale infrastructure and process optimization plays a key role in advancing GreenGas’s growth and environmental impact.
